The only good part of my brief experience was getting out of that rathole. They never returned my money. I had to cancel because they expected me to take the smallest room, although we had booked a deluxe room. The staff weren’t helpful, and when they finally offered another room, it was damp and had badly maintained walls. My stay was forgettable at best. Please book somewhere else!
The place was untidy as soon as I walked in, and the staff were rude and arrogant. I’d confirmed with the manager a day before arrival, and he told me the booking was confirmed. But when I showed my Goibibo confirmation voucher, they refused entry, saying it wasn’t in their system. I spent three hours in the lobby trying to sort it out with Oyo and Goibibo. The manager told the Oyo representative there were no vacant rooms, but told me to cancel the online booking and pay him cash for a room. In the end I left, despite having paid Goibibo the full accommodation charge, and there was a vacant room in the hotel. I don’t recommend it to anyone.
The room they gave us was unhygienic and the smallest I've ever stayed in. Staff were rude and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.
The cable TV didn't work, and one of the light fittings was loose. The linen was poor, and even after asking, we waited over three hours for towels. I wouldn't recommend staying here.
Please don't book this place. The hotel has already shut down, even though it's still listed on the OYO website. This feels like a scam.
