The gated community felt completely safe, and there was a great local market nearby. The rooms were reasonably priced, just as pictured, and clean and tidy with basic amenities. Owner Mr. Adithya Dhand was professional and prompt with enquiries. Caretaker Mr. Niranjan ji was available 24x7, pleasant and really helpful, and could cook tasty food from their menu. I'd recommend it whether travelling alone or with family.

We had the caretaker cook lunch and dinner when we asked, and the food was delicious, homely, and reasonably priced. The kitchen was fully equipped, so we could cook for ourselves too. Our rooms were perfect, and the property had great vibes, with trees around and not much noise pollution. Cabs could reach the doorstep, and it was easy to find. The caretaker explained everything clearly. The owner coordinated over whatsapp and handled things professionally, and the personal messages made us feel safe and trustworthy. We booked through Airbnb and had an enjoyable, comfortable family stay at affordable prices. I highly recommend this place.

Niranjan bhaiyya had the AC on before we arrived, which was sweet of him. The room was clean and neatly set up at check-in, and we were comfortable through our 3 nights without any inconvenience. Would highly recommend.

The comfort here was great, and Niranjan Bhaiya really stood out as a caretaker. You can tell he puts a lot of care into the place and the people staying there. I’ve already told friends and family to check it out.

We stayed three days, six adults and one child, and found the place convenient for shops and the Metro. Niranjan, the domestic help, took good care of us. A great place to stay.
