Hotel Ekta International

The room was a decent size, and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. Staff were generally polite and responsive when I approached them. The location was convenient, close to major attractions, which made it easy to get around. I had a mixed experience, though, and a few key issues kept me from giving a higher rating.

The food was tasty, and Mr Vikas Sir deserves a special thanks. He's a great person and manager. The restaurant felt classy and nice, with a warm welcome and excellent service. They paid a lot of attention to details to please us.

The dinner was good, and the restaurant staff were very good too. Breakfast buffet was just okay, with minimal variety. The room was small but acceptable, though the bedsheets, pillows, and blankets were very old and unclean. We bought our own sheets for both the bed and blankets. The hotel management needs to improve.

I paid the property 50% in advance for a booking in mid Dec-25. My plans changed, so I cancelled the trip and, under the booking terms, was eligible for a 100% refund of the advance. After following up for a month, I still haven't received my money, and now they aren't answering calls. The owner and staff seem dubious. Srijan is the hotel manager. Don't ever pay this property an advance for a booking.
