The rooms were very good and clean, and the support staff were polite and helpful. It’s easy to find, about 1 km from the hotel to Baba BAIDYANATH Mandir.

The service and food were good, and Fuleswar Dada from room service helped a lot. The hotel is in a good location and has enough parking. The rooms were okay, though they need renovation.

The location was good, near both the station and the temple, but staying here was a waste of money. The room was dirty and had cockroaches, and the rates were far too high for the poor service and room quality. They gave us a third-class room, and despite several requests to change it, they kept saying everything was booked even though other rooms were available. Only after I got angry did they agree to show another room. Don’t book online. Go in person, check the room and then decide. The place felt scary too, with strange noises all night. The TV looked like it was from the 90s, had a fake remote, and was empty inside with spider webs. No one had even bothered to clean it. The washroom was clean, but smelled a lot. There was no drinking water, towel or other toiletries. The bed was uncomfortable and hard underneath the white cover, which only looked clean. That bed cover was old too. Read the reviews properly so you don’t get fooled and waste your money.

It’s a charming hotel in a great location with nice facilities, but the way it’s managed made our stay unpleasant. We had rooms 107 and 207, and neither had working hot water, so staff brought it from outside the rooms. In one room the AC had been switched off from outside. When I raised it, staff said, “Someone must have switched it off.” One bedsheet had a red stain and was dirty, and we had to ask for it to be changed.
