I booked through OYO and paid, but after arrival I was moved to a different rest room that showed a price of only Rs 377 on OYO. Hotel Sagar had reserved four rooms for OYO bookings, then took another booking on demand, and I ended up shifted. I asked for the difference back right after the move, but OYO still hasn't given an answer or refunded me. Their service feels unreliable and like cheating.

The food service and staff were both awesome, and the place had a really relaxing feel. I’d rate it among the best hotels in Deoghar. If you're coming with friends or family and want some quality time, you can stay here and unwind.

A very nice place to stay, with a restaurant as well.

Late rating, sorry. The rooms were decent and hygiene was maintained. The receptionist was really friendly, and I felt safe there. Seems like a good place for couples too. Please provide soaps, though. Very nice hotel ☺️

The room and bathroom smelled bad and the hygiene was poor. After I complained, the manager moved us to another room, but he was rude and acted as if he was doing us a huge favor. I’d seen the owner reply to reviews here, so I told the manager I’d leave a very bad review. He said they didn’t care, Google couldn't do anything to them, and they were always full.
