I paid 20k for two nights and had a nightmare of a stay. The corporate executive room I booked didn't even look like a standard or deluxe room, with dim lighting and a dirty floor. The rooms weren't properly cleaned, the chairs were broken, and they provided local water as a complimentary item. Breakfast arrived frozen. I sent it back and asked for fresh food, but they just heated the same food in a microwave. The hotel is far outside the city, where there was construction going on. There are plenty of other hotel options in Bangalore.

Getting around Bangalore was easy thanks to the hotel's convenient location. The interiors are stylish and carefully designed, with a cozy feel alongside the comfort. Cleanliness and upkeep were excellent, and the food was absolutely delicious. Service was smooth and efficient, with remarkably quick room service and staff who handled requests right away. The whole team was genuinely warm and proactive, and went out of their way to make us comfortable. I highly recommend The Monarch Hotel and hope to stay here again.

I stayed for 14 days and had a really nice time. The staff were very responsive and the service was good. The food was okay, though management was willing to change the menu and remake dishes.

We've held three celebrations at Monarch, and each one was a big success. The spacious hotel has all sorts of amenities, and the restaurant food is so good that people keep coming back. The hall can fit at least 250 people. The staff are courteous, helpful, and very well behaved. Special mention to Mr Shayam, who's always there to greet guests with a smile. 😊

The restaurant was a highlight for me, the menu had plenty of variety and the food was fantastic, with excellent service. The hotel is close to the main attractions but still in a quiet spot. My room was spacious and comfortable, with nice bedding and high-end toiletries. The whole place is modern, clean, and beautifully designed. Staff were welcoming and attentive from the moment I arrived, and check-in was easy. It has what you need for either a business or leisure trip. I had a great stay at Monarch and will definitely come back.
