Ms Samata is the main reason we’re longing to come back. She went far above and beyond before, during, and after our stay, and her commitment to Marriott Group and its guests is hard to put into words. She and her team are remarkable. Ronan Fearon made the right hires. We’ve stayed at JW Marriott Nandi Hills twice in the last year, once with our extended family in two rooms, one garden or golf view room with a balcony and one signature room, and once with my wife and kids, when we were upgraded to a Suite. The property is beautiful, with lots of open space for families and children to enjoy activities. The evening tea, snacks, fresh tea and coffee, savouries, and desserts are a lovely spread. Staff are around the property and make an effort to look after families, even remembering guests by name despite the size of the place. The multi-level kids play area was a highlight for us, especially the movies and popcorn. Before, during, and after our stays here, we also stayed at Marriott Marquis Dubai, Sheraton Grand Seattle, and W seattle, and JW Marriott Nandi Hills is in a class of its own. It really feels like a remarkable oasis near Bengaluru.

My pet loved the evening walks and all the room to hop around 😊. The team's warm welcome, courtesy, and support made the stay memorable from the start. Aandie deserves a special mention for her professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. She arranged everything meticulously and her graceful service helped make the whole experience feel perfect. It’s an experience in itself, a lovely place to relax over a weekend after the rush of city life in Bangalore. The luxury and attention to detail showed throughout. Cheers!!

The staff were consistently courteous and eager to help, and Mr. Uday assisted us throughout. We left relaxed and refreshed, already thinking about another visit. The property felt special from the moment we arrived, with beautiful surroundings, plush rooms, and delicious food. Every detail seemed to meet true 5-star standards, and the hospitality made this a wonderful luxury staycation. I’d recommend it for family celebrations or other special occasions.

The resort was beautifully kept, with a fantastic pool area and plenty of activities for kids and adults. If you’re learning golf, the Putting Green is great. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool, looking around the property, and taking in the views. Gayatri, the Front Desk Manager, made a real difference to our family staycation at JW Marriott Golfshire. She made sure the rooms were spotless and ready, and gave us such warm, thoughtful care throughout. Check-in went smoothly, and her personal attention helped our family feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. Chef Utkarsh also deserves a mention for taking extra care with my niece’s specific food preferences. We really appreciated his thoughtful approach and the dishes he customized for her.
