I chose this place for a one-night transit stay because it’s near the airport, though with traffic it took about 30 minutes to get there. The rooms and bed were quiet and comfortable, and while the bathrooms are small, they were clean and up to date with amenities. It’s a really nice property. The chef made the custom dinner dishes I asked for, and they were absolutely delicious. The drinks were great too.

The staff were friendly, attentive, and professional, with quick service and helpful suggestions based on what we liked. Moxy Bengaluru has a lively, modern dining atmosphere with trendy, clean, Instagram-friendly decor, good for friends, family, or a casual business meetup. Food quality was top-notch, ingredients seemed fresh, and you could taste the care in each dish. Indian and Continental choices were both consistently impressive, with balanced flavours and thoughtful preparation. The snacks and signature drinks are especially worth trying. Given the taste, presentation, and setting, the prices feel reasonable.

The food was a real plus. Breakfast had a good range of Indian and Western dishes, and lunch and dinner were good too. Room service had a nice selection throughout the day and night. The hotel's surroundings aren't very nice, so you'll probably spend your time within the property. It's about 10 minutes from the airport and around an hour from the city. I stayed two nights on a work trip. This style of hotel isn't really my thing, though I can see it working perfectly for a younger crowd, perhaps 18-25, or for older guests who like that vibe. Everything has a young, casual, urban street feel. Moxy is a concept hotel, and the locations probably look very similar. The design and atmosphere weren't my preference, but they were totally fine. The chart hits and commercial music weren't my cup of tea either. The staff could improve their service skills and the way they treat guests. Still, it was a good experience overall, just not the right match for me.

The rooms felt premium, with high-quality materials, and they were well maintained. The ambience was very good. Breakfast had lots of items, but the spread looked better than it tasted. The healthy shots and salads were really good, though. The main disappointment was the staff. They were very rude and had a poor attitude, and misunderstandings seemed to come up throughout our experience. Otherwise, things were good. One concern: the bathroom gets quite slippery when wet, which felt dangerous.
