OYO 22101 Shree Raksha Comfort

I booked through OYO at 10:30 at night, but the hotel manager refused to give us a room because the online price was too low. My family and I spent an hour dealing with that, then I cancelled the OYO booking, booked the same hotel directly, and paid more. The service was very poor. There was no dinner at night or tea and coffee, no power socket near the bed, and no hot water in the bathroom.

I paid almost double after they first accepted my OYO booking and then cancelled it. When I arrived, the room hadn't been cleaned, so I refused to stay almost immediately. They promised a refund, but it still hasn't come through after three weeks. A very bad experience.

The building has no lift, and the place is on the third floor. Liquor bottles were lying around, and the management was awful. It felt more like a lodge worth 400-500 a day than a hotel, and the room was terrible. I booked through Oyo, but when I arrived they said they had received the booking without setting aside a room for us. They first put us in something like a servant's room. After we argued, another room "suddenly became available" at 4 in the morning. A complete waste of money.

The room was in bad shape: the sheets hadn't been changed, the air conditioning didn't work, and it smelled of dried urine. On top of that, staff and the owner wouldn't honor the price I'd paid on the Oyo website, saying it was too low and trying to charge me double. A nightmare of a place to stay.
