The noise from the rooms opposite was disturbing, and the air conditioner was switched off in the middle of the night using another set of switches. Please don't turn off the AC while it's being used just to reduce electricity consumption. The room also smelled of cigarettes, apparently from previous guests, and cigarette boxes had been left behind without being cleaned up. There were cockroaches around and the place needs some maintenance. Apart from that, everything was okay.

The room was clean and spacious, with little disturbance, and the hotel is opposite the Theradi bus stand in Sriperumbudur. But after I returned from an official meeting on the first day, I couldn't open the door. A staff member came from reception to help, and the key broke off inside the lock while they tried. They said they would give me another room that evening, then kept changing their story and didn't provide one until morning, after an argument. That part of the stay was not good.

The location is handy, opposite the theradi bus stop, with restaurants and shops easy to reach. The room was good and room service was good too. Manager Jesuraj was professional and built a good relationship with guests.

The morning breakfast was tasty, and the coffee was wonderful. Staff were helpful and kind, and the place is good value for money. It's a pleasant choice for families and very near to Sri Ramanujar temple. I recommend it for good memories.
