The location worked well for our drive back to Hyderabad, close to both the international airport and the main highway. Staff were polite and helpful, but the room and bathroom clearly weren't maintained. The air conditioner barely cooled, and when I raised it, I was told it was old and hadn't been working. I didn't expect that response. The bathroom was dirty too. Management needs to address these problems.

A good spot for people visiting the hospitals, and it's in a quiet area for catching a flight.

We got dinner even though we arrived after restaurant hours, and it was good. The rooms were a decent size, though I would've liked a wider bathroom. Service was quick and we had no issues. It was easy to find from outside, and Maps brought us there without trouble. Cabs were easy to get too. I'd recommend it for a short stay.

It's very close to the airport, and the rooms are big. My flight was delayed, so I got in very late and thought I'd miss dinner. The staff were really sweet about it. They said it would take 15-20 minutes and that they'd send it up to my room. Everyone I dealt with, from the bellboy to reception and the restaurant team, was courteous. Keep it up.
