For a family of four, the room had plenty of space, and the extra bed was free. The central location made it easy to reach all the attractions. I went over the May 1 long weekend, though, and felt I paid too much for the stay. There’s no restaurant at the hotel, and the service was below par, so I took half a star off.

Good value, with plenty of parking and restaurants nearby. The staff were very good, and the location worked well. The bar on the second floor wasn’t something I liked while traveling with family, but it’s separate from the rooms and didn’t affect them.

A convenient spot near Devgad ST Stand, and suitable for families. The AC rooms are spacious and clean, with balconies and hot water. The washrooms were maintained well, and the hotel was neat overall. Service was good too.

Agoda and other travel sites showed rooms available, but after I booked and called to confirm, the hotel said everything was booked and told me to contact Agoda. Agoda said they would speak with the hotel, but neither side resolved anything. With cancellations offering no refund, this felt like a scam.

Water from the wash basin spread across the floor because its outer pipe wasn’t fixed properly. I complained to reception and management, but nobody attended to it before we left. Room service wasn’t proper either...
