Priya at reception was especially helpful. She supported us whenever we needed it and never let us down. The check-in was smooth, and Wi-Fi and housekeeping were satisfactory. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful. The food was decent, though it could be improved. I had a pleasant stay, and it seems like a good choice for a short visit.

The staff stood out for their warmth, especially muskan, kiran, and abhishek. The restaurant had delicious food, though the options were mentioned without detail. I also appreciated the peaceful feel and modern facilities, including a fitness center and business center. The rooms are clean and spacious, service is excellent, and the location is convenient. Hotel Grand Mirage Dhanbad is a 5-star hotel rated 9.5/10, and seems to offer a strong mix of quality and value.

The check-in interaction with the front office staff was uncomfortable. My wife had already shown her British passport and valid visa, yet they asked unnecessary and inappropriate questions about whether she had an Indian passport. It felt awkward and could have been handled with more sensitivity and professionalism. Outside of that incident, I had a largely positive stay at Hotel Grand Mirage, Dhanbad. The accommodations were comfortable and well maintained, with good facilities. Nandini from housekeeping was professional and courteous, and kept the room clean and well arranged. Sumit at the Regent Lounge was attentive and respectful, and his hospitality improved our experience. Those two teams provided outstanding service, and I'd consider returning.

Khushi, Kiran Abdullah, Shejan, and Sharique made me feel at home with their attentive, polite help throughout my stay. Their teamwork and upbeat attitude left a lasting impression. I had a wonderful time at Grad Mirage, Dhanbad, thanks to the front office team. Highly recommend them, they really are at the heart of the hotel's hospitality! 💫
