Luxus Inn Hotel

The second room I was eventually given was good and matched what I'd booked online. But arriving before midnight, I was first offered a smaller room without a refrigerator, and the receptionist said the pictures online were wrong. When I asked to see another room in the same category, I realized he seemed to be harassing me so I'd agree to the smaller one. I took off one star and urge management to address this hassle for customers.

A good quality hotel in the under-3k range, with onsite parking and great room service. Umesh helped us with every option he could. The food was good too, with plenty of choices.

Really disappointing. The staff had no decency or morals, everyone was late, and nobody seemed attentive. The Charcoal staff were gossiping, while the person at the order table kept insisting about what I'd eat with rice and how I'd eat rice with chicken. They seemed to deliberately push extra orders. Our 99₹ salad was just 10 cucumber slices and 4 onion slices. They first denied that my room had AC; in their so-called deluxe room, it wasn't working. The remote showed 16, but they actually controlled the AC from the main controller.

Prices were affordable, and the food and restaurant service were good. Our room was standard quality and the service was satisfactory, though a little late. The receptionist kindly handled our advance booking smoothly. The hotel is in a proper location, just beside combined building. I'd recommend it to families or individuals since it has all the features a well-equipped hotel should have.
