There was no mosquito repellent in the room, and the bedsheets were dirty. They weren't changed after the previous customers left.

I spent one night in room 102 and had a very bad experience. The AC was an old model with no remote. Luckily my mobile was a Mi with infrared, so I used that. The restroom was very old too. There’s no restaurant in the hotel, so go out to eat. There’s no car parking either. Don't book through a booking site, as they won't accept the booking and charge 1000 per night.

I won't use OYO again after this bad experience. In Dhanbad, the first hotel we booked refused to take us, and the second said the offered price was wrong, so we ended up paying extra for rooms. Both Dhanbad and Netarhat had poor quality rooms, no warm water, uncomfortable toilets, and mediocre food. It was a bad experience at both places.

Dirty room, bad behaviour from the manager, and a ghostly vibe. This was the worst hotel in the city for me. Please don't waste your time or money here.

They wouldn't accept the OYO booking, and the rooms weren't clean. The washroom wasn't well maintained, and they didn't even provide WiFi.
