Polo Hotel, Agartala

Miss Atokali made my stay especially memorable. She was attentive, professional, and courteous, with a warm smile and quick help that showed real concern for guest comfort. She's a real asset to the hotel. Hotel Polo Towers Agartala exceeded my expectations with its welcoming atmosphere, well-maintained rooms, and excellent cleanliness. The hospitality, facilities, food, and service reflect the standards of one of Tripura's premier luxury hotels. Thank you to Miss Atokali and the whole team for making my visit comfortable and enjoyable. I'd recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Agartala, and hope to stay again.

I enjoyed my three days here. There's parking, and a new mall next door. The hotel is in a prime area, though in Agartala you can get only UBER auto, as UBER taxis haven't been introduced. The staff, from reception through the kitchen, were extremely nice. My room was clean and hygienic, as you'd expect from a five-star hotel, and had a great view. It also felt safe for a woman traveling alone. Breakfast had lots of variety and was excellent, especially the Parathas. I'm grateful to the chefs for the food and to housekeeping for their great service. The management created a beautiful, serene ambiance, which I appreciated.

Mr.Biswajit and Barnali were especially attentive and courteous, and the service was prompt without making us feel rushed. The restaurant had a warm, inviting atmosphere, and the food tasted good, was nicely presented, and came in good portions. The ingredients seemed fresh, and each dish was thoughtfully prepared. A comfortable spot for a relaxed meal with friends or family. I'd recommend it and look forward to returning.

Room Boy Akash Biswas was polite and professional, and kept my room fresh, neat, and organized throughout the stay. I really appreciated his behavior and the excellent housekeeping. Keep up the good work.
