We had to leave a day before our booking ended because the water outage went on too long. There wasn't a drop from 5:00 AM until we left at 7:59 AM, even though staff kept saying it would be back in 10 minutes. After about three hours without water, some of us had abdominal pain because we couldn't use the toilet. We had no choice but to change hotels. For the expense and hassle of moving, people might put up with some problems, but no water during the main part of the morning for that long is unacceptable. This was Super Collection O Shanti Bhawan Bank More Formerly Madhulika, Dhanbad. The service, behavior, and facilities were miserable, and the staff treated us worse than inhumanely. The rooms were extremely dirty. The geyser didn't work properly, the bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty, and the TV wasn't working even after we asked for batteries for its remote. I booked through OYO and ask the authority to delist this hotel for its own goodwill.
