The room condition was awful, and the staff didn't respond to the problems we raised about the hotel. The facilities weren't helpful either. There was no refund if we didn't like the place. I've never seen service this bad. Please avoid it.
The AC wasn't working, and when I asked about it, I got a very rude response. The service was really poor, and I wouldn't recommend this OYO room for a family. It wasn't fit for even a single day.
