Super OYO Townhouse 479 Hotel Pine Tree

The staff were extremely helpful, though there’s no restaurant of their own.

The reception staff were a bit rude and uncooperative, which was frustrating. The rest of the property was neat and clean, and the food was very good, better than I expected. Ordering food from outside costs an extra 250. The location is excellent, with major areas of Indore easy to reach.

The hotel didn’t accept our goibibo booking, saying they weren’t associated with Oyo. We had to book directly with them at a higher price. The room and staff were decent. It’s not right on the main road, which is a small downside, but there are plenty of food and tea spots nearby.

We booked three rooms through oyo room three or four days ahead. When we got to the hotel, Oyo 479 townhouse, they said they were overbooked. Management said it was Oyo company policy to give a room to any guest who arrived earlier, even if someone else had paid in advance for it. The staff were rude and kept changing their story about the mistake by them and Oyo. They gave our room to someone else without telling us, so my family had to find another hotel. To Oyo 479 townhouse and its management staff, please don’t reply that there’s no record under our name. We also took a video of the staff’s behavior. We can send our booking details and the video if needed.
