The location is the best part for me, and the hotel is clean and affordable. I’d choose it again on a future trip.

I’ve stayed at c20 hotel twice, and most of the staff treated me really well. The ladies at reception were excellent, and the guard bhaiya was also kind. Nishtha Pareek didi was especially polite and welcoming. One male staff member, though, behaved badly. The check-in time is listed as 11:59 am, which is frustrating. If you arrive earlier, they ask for 500 rupees extra for early check-in.

This isn’t a good place for families. The reception staff seemed casual and unhelpful, and there’s nowhere nearby to get tea early in the morning. You have to order everything through zomato.

The staff and atmosphere were both lovely. It’s in a great spot, with a mall close by.

I booked through MMT, and there was a mix-up during booking. The staff wouldn’t listen to my side or make an adjustment over what seemed like a small issue. Even though I was traveling alone, they refused to let me check in at midnight. At 2:30AM, the receptionist showed no basic understanding or humanity toward my situation. They kept my money, gave no refund, and told me to find another hotel. I’ve been traveling for 12 years and have never encountered such an unprofessional hotel or staff.
