The manager’s attitude was the worst part. He took the problems lightly instead of resolving them professionally, expected us to adjust, gave over-smart replies, and showed no concern for customer satisfaction. We booked and fully paid for 4 rooms through MakeMyTrip 45 days ahead, but were given only 3 at check-in. Restaurant service was terrible too: they skipped our soup, served stale dal rice and charged us even after we returned it, then brought veg Schezwan rice instead of chicken. This was a frustrating, very poor experience that badly affected our trip. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all.

The spacious room was really comfortable for two, and the menu had plenty to choose from. The staff were friendly and the food was great. Bhagsu is about a 10-minute walk away, while Tushita Meditation Center takes around 8 minutes on foot. You can also get around by cab. A lovely, affordable place just off the main road.

Breakfast has a huge selection, and the chole bhature is a must-try. The rates are quite reasonable too. I stayed from 23rd to 30th December and had a great experience from the start. Praveshji at reception was always smiling and made sure guests were treated well. The rest of the staff were courteous and ready to help. I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Dharamkot. 10/10.

The room I got was dirty, poorly kept, and missing basic amenities. It looked NOTHING like the booking photos, and the staff didn’t seem interested in sorting out the problems. I felt misled and scammed, and don’t think it was worth the money. Be cautious and think twice before booking. 1/5 😞

A room alone isn’t enough when the manager and staff behave so disrespectfully. There was no respect, no peace, and no good atmosphere. I intend to file an official complaint with the tourism department and hope their conduct has appropriate consequences.
