The rooms, blankets, and toilets were dirty, and the whole stay left me feeling like I’d wasted my money, time, and peace of mind. This was the worst experience of my life. There should be a sign outside warning families and children away, and making clear that the place is for people who want to drink, smoke, or use hukkah.

The canteen is attached, prices are modest, and you can get food with a quick call and not much waiting. The caretaker seemed helpful at times. The rooms were neat when we arrived, but there was no daily cleaning. We checked in on Thursday, and nobody came to clean the room or toilet before checkout.

I booked through Make my trip for June 5, 2019, and planned to check out the next day, but the hotel flatly refused to accept the booking. We were left without anywhere to stay in a far-off place. OYO customer care told me the property had not renewed its contract. Why should the customer be at fault, and why was the room still listed on the website? DONT BOOK THIS PLACE, STAY AWAY!

We had a very good stay, with clean, spacious rooms at a low price and cooperative staff. The people were welcoming, and the stay was comfortable. It's right in the middle of the market. I didn't eat here.

The rooms are spacious and come with an LED, Wi-Fi, an almira, and five charging points. The bathroom ventilation could be better, though, and no complimentary meal is included. Hotel Mountain trail has a nice view of the upper doladhar range, with some views of Triund trek/naddi trek too. It's in Bhagsunag(McLeodganj, Dharmasala), and the room service was quick. The management staff were helpful. The room is fairly economical for a long stay with views and amenities.
