The dining staff were attentive and professional, and the team and management handled things smoothly while staying cooperative throughout. Meals were fresh, well prepared, served on time, and met expectations for taste, presentation, and hygiene. The location and views added a lot to the stay, with scenic surroundings creating a calm, premium atmosphere. Rooms were spacious, well maintained, and properly cleaned, with consistent housekeeping and functional amenities. The interiors felt fresh, organized, and thoughtfully designed. It was a very satisfying stay, delivering on comfort, service, and hospitality. Highly recommended for leisure or group stays.

The location was amazing, and we really enjoyed the food and service during our short stay. Ms Muskaan was such a lovely host, always greeting us with a smile at the morning buffets and making sure we felt comfortable and cozy.

Rooms were clean, but the staff felt unwelcoming and the service was poor. Manish was the only person who seemed to care. The one thing this hotel has going for it is the location, with Bhagsu waterfalls and the Triund Trek starting point nearby. The property could be maintained much better, but it seems they choose not to.

Dinner and breakfast both had a good range of choices, and our group appreciated the quality. We were 67 friends visiting from Delhi, most of us Chartered Accountants, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-kept. Check-in was handled smoothly despite our size, and the service throughout was professional. Mr. Sushant (Hotel Manager) and Mr. Noor (Sales Manager) coordinated things well and took a personal interest in making the stay enjoyable. We all had a pleasant experience. Regards CA.Gaurav Garg

Traveling with a kid makes me pretty choosy about hotels, but this place exceeded what I expected. The rooms were clean and the food was really good. Staff were helpful and cooperative, even helping us put together an itinerary and arrange cabs. Awesome experience!
