The food was excellent, and the chef was quite polite. Rooms were clean, the location was convenient, and the arrangements were handled very well. Service was more than great. Highly recommend.

We visited Sky heaven, Dharmshala as a family and found the rates reasonable. Bhagsunag Temple is within walking distance. The reception person and care taker were humble and supportive, and the food deserves a special mention for its variety and quality. Rooms were neat and clean, with hygiene and cleaning at 10/ 10. Food gets 10 / 10 with varieties, and the staff were very helpful.

I arranged the trip for 20 people, and the food quality was tremendous. Management was more than great, and the service was up to the mark. Highly recommend this place to everyone.

I’d urge families, children, and older travelers to avoid Sky Heaven Resort. The safety and privacy problems made this one of my most unsettling hotel stays, and the owner and management showed no accountability. The main concern was an incident late at night: a group of around 30 people fought, swore, and physically attacked one another on the resort premises. Other guests were frightened, but management didn’t take control or call the police, even though it seemed to require intervention. The group somehow got other guests’ contact details and started calling them. Two men then came to our room and rang the bell late at night. They also played vulgar songs at a very loud volume, making it impossible for families to sleep peacefully. It later became clear that they were allegedly friends of the owner and had been hosted by him. If so, the owner and management were responsible for their behavior. Guest contact details should never have been accessible to other guests, which raises serious privacy concerns. I asked the manager at checkout to explain the safety incidents, but got no proper explanation. Another guest I met while leaving the parking area said they had faced the same safety and disturbance issues, so this did not seem isolated. The buffet dinner had very few choices and wasn’t worth the price. There was no hot water in the bathroom either. Breakfast was average (mid) and didn’t match the price or expectations. For safety, privacy, and family security, this hotel deserves zero rating.
