The hotel’s name was listed as “The Ginger” on Booking.com, so that’s what I booked. Only after paying the advance did I learn the property is actually called “The Vaikunth Hotel.” The listing gave wrong and misleading information. After check-in, I asked for a clean, decent room. The front desk lady manager, Sonu, answered rudely: “Jo book kiya wahi milega.” The staff were unprofessional and disrespectful throughout our conversations. The online pictures are extremely old and don’t show the hotel’s current condition. Corridors had extra mattresses and random items lying around, and the cleanliness and upkeep were disappointing. A very bad experience. Please don’t be fooled by the booking site pictures.

The rooms felt spacious and peaceful, and housekeeping kept everything clean and comfortable. Staff were always ready to help with a smile, and the welcome was warm enough to make us feel valued. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend it for a memorable visit.

The reception team was understanding of what we needed and showed good hospitality. We stayed for two nights in a clean room with a lovely mountain view. The ambience was great, and the staff were polite and wonderful.

The mountain view was stunning, and the whole stay felt very pleasant. Staff were friendly and kept trying to help with all kinds of information. I'd recommend it to anyone.
