The setting was peaceful, the views were breathtaking, and the rooms felt luxurious. The resort was clean and beautifully maintained, and the staff were polite, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. Food and service were exceptional, and every detail added to the comfortable, relaxing feel. A memorable mountain getaway for couples, families, or anyone looking for one. Highly recommended.

Mohit took time to make sure we were comfortable and was supportive throughout our stay, with excellent service. The hotel has good food and a pleasant atmosphere. We’d love to return on our next visit.

The staff’s caring hospitality made our stay feel warm and welcoming. Pankaj Ji, Simran, and the night staff member Mohit helped a lot, and everyone was friendly, supportive, and ready to assist. Spring Valley Resort by DLS sits among mountains and greenery, away from city life, with a peaceful natural feel and fresh mountain air. Our clean, comfortable, well-maintained room had a refreshing balcony view. The food tasted great and had a homely feel, and having spa services available added another relaxing touch. I had a wonderful, memorable stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and relaxation in Himachal.

At DLS Hotel, the staff were courteous, professional, and caring from check-in through check-out. Housekeeping kept things clean, and the service team was quick and attentive. The hotel had a warm, peaceful atmosphere, comfortable rooms, and excellent food. Their hospitality made the stay memorable, and I’d recommend it for a relaxing visit.

Spring Valley was a nice stay, and I’d absolutely visit again. The hotel is very close to BhagsuNag Temple/ Waterfall, and the courteous staff provided prompt room service. The rooms are a decent size and come with guest amenities and toiletries. Their kitchen serves good food, though the price is a little high; recent cost inflation may account for that. One inconvenience for our parents was the roughly 20 steps from the parking area to reception, especially after tiring days. The hotel’s other positives made up for it.
