Treebo Moon walk Residency

For the price, I didn’t find the room disappointing. The bed was comfortable, there was a rocking chair, and they could provide an extra bed if your child is sharing the room. The room Tv's were fine too. I booked months ahead for New Year’s. The food was basic rather than special. The bathroom was fine, though the geyser took a long time and the water only got lukewarm. Rooms: 3.8/5.

The owner and the guy at reception created the whole scene. Instead of trying to resolve things, they called their friends and threatened to kill us, saying we were in their territory. Some male staff made inappropriate attempts of fight, and even tried to push the women. We felt unsafe throughout our stay, and this place showed no basic respect or safety for female guests. There’s a lot more I could describe, but in short, I absolutely don’t recommend staying here. Women, especially solo travellers, should avoid it. Safety should come first, and this hotel didn’t provide it.

The rooftop restaurant was the highlight for me. The food was delicious, and the mountain views were breathtaking, especially at sunrise. Having a hearty breakfast while watching the sun come up over the mountains was unforgettable. I stayed at Moon walk Residency hotel in Dharamshala. My room was comfortable and clean, with an incredible view of the surrounding mountains. For the price, waking up to that scenery felt surreal. If you’re after an affordable stay with good food and unbeatable views, it’s worth considering.

The food was awesome, and the staff and manager were very supportive. It’s close to all the famous sightseeing points, and seems a great place for families and couples. The rooms were big, clean, spacious, and had all the amenities.
