The check-in was smooth, and the staff were polite and helpful. My room was spacious, spotless, and nicely kept, with a comfortable bed and everything arranged well. I stayed last night and really enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere.

The staff were friendly and helped when the door lock caused a problem, graciously moving me to another room. The area is very cramped, and the rooms need more cleaning. There was black gunk in the bathrooms. The decor and furniture look very outdated and somewhat damaged, and the lift badly needs maintenance. The hotel should be renovated.

As a traveller from Malaysia, I arrived in Dharmashala for the first time and found this hotel by walking in. The staff kindly helped me and were accommodating, especially since I knew nothing about the climate. It was also nice to hear people speaking English. I'd recommend staying here to my friends. Heartfelt thanks to Mr. Shubham Thakur.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel felt warm and relaxing. During our three-day Christmas holiday stay, it was clean, comfortable, and decorated beautifully for the season. One of my best experiences. I'd recommend it and would gladly stay again.
