The location was the only good thing for us. We paid around 12000/- rs for three days and are still regretting it. We’d already paid a 3000/- advance, so cancelling didn’t feel like an option. Before the trip, the number they gave us was wrong; after I found the right one, someone named Priyam answered. I asked a few simple questions and he got offended and spoke rudely. The premium room looked as if it had been shut for weeks. Its balcony was shared with another premium room and very dirty, and the curtains were so filthy I didn’t want to touch them. We moved to a deluxe room, but it was tiny, unhygienic and poorly maintained, with an even smaller bathroom. We felt we had no other choice. There were problems all over the room: a shower that leaked even when off, no wifi, no kettle or phone to call reception, and a TV without recharge until we asked twice. The fridge was filthy and didn’t cool. The locker didn’t work, and the pillow covers were torn. Dust covered the hotel, even the decorative item on the reception desk had spider webs. We got two small shampoo packets, a local white soap we didn’t use, towels, and just one water bottle for two people. The pool wasn’t operating; they said part of it had been under maintenance for three or four months. I also didn’t see a single CCTV camera on our floor, and can’t say whether there was one by reception.

I booked three Deluxe Rooms for three days with a non-refundable rate, so I couldn’t cancel. There were plenty of problems with the rooms: no wifi or TV signal, blocked washroom drains, and windows that didn’t work or lock. That felt like a security concern, especially with no cameras in the gallery or balcony. There was no fan regulator either. They gave one water bottle for two people, then charged Rs 30 for more.

The photos online look good, but the actual rooms and amenities don’t match. The lift wasn’t working, neither were the charging plugs, and the shower barely worked. There was no staff for service. The bathroom was completely see-through, and its door wouldn’t lock. Service was awful. I’d give it zero stars if I could.

Booking online caused a very bad experience. Even after the booking was confirmed, the receptionist ignored us and wouldn’t accept that it was booked. They’re highly unprofessional and seem to run a broker route, selling the same room at double or triple the online price. Pathetic, poor, ek dum gatiya. If I could give a negative rating, I would. Avoid booking if you don’t want a nasty surprise that throws your itinerary into chaos.
