The parking can fit two cars and three bikes, but you have to call the watchman to open and close the gate, and he's not always near it. The pool in the pictures is mostly inactive, so don't be misled by that. Prices are moderate, and rooms are usually available on weekdays, but book ahead for weekends. It's inside the city, though it feels like a different area outside it.

My couple of days there felt like hell, and I regret staying. Caretaker nagarajan kept crossing my path unnecessarily and was extremely annoying. Sunil was the worst manager I've met, with no idea how to deal with customers. Poor staff, management, amenities, customer service, and room. Add "poor" or "worst" to every option. I strongly recommend that other customers not book this hotel in Madurai. I had to give it a star to submit this, but would have given zero if I could.

We made a big mistake booking this for our family's stay. The pool looks like a place where buffaloes bathe. There was no drinking water or service, the bedsheets were torn, there were no towels, and the bathroom was unhygienic. The caretaker, Nagrajan, was the most annoying front desk person I've met. He only speaks the local language and can't understand basic English, and doesn't care about tourists who don't understand it. A pathetic place.

There were cockroaches in the room, and mosquitoes kept us from sleeping properly. The AC didn't work, and the bed and sheets were stained. We got no blankets, even though we visited in winter. The room was very poor quality for the price.
