The peaceful atmosphere made it easy to unwind, and the rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable, and well looked after. Staff were welcoming and attentive from the moment I arrived. Hotel Zambala is conveniently located for local attractions and transport, and I appreciated the amenities and care taken around the property. I had a very pleasant stay and would happily come back. Highly recommend Hotel Zambala for a relaxing visit.

The people here were wonderful, and it’s a really nice location. I came today to go hiking and see the place of Dalai Lama, visit the Ministerien from Dalai Lama, and check out the Medical Hospital to see how they work and whether I like it. Thanks to the staff and owner. They are beautiful.

We were a large school group and needed somewhere at the last minute after finding our original hotel unclean and unsafe for our health. Zambala made room for us and helped with whatever we needed. The breakfast was delicious, and the laundry service was incredibly good. The rooms were clean and dry, which matters a lot during the monsoons. We can't recommend it enough.

The balcony has a great view, and the rooms are spacious and well maintained. It's easy to get to the markets and the Monastery. The price felt a bit high for the off season.
