The hotel sits in a beautiful spot with valley views and a peaceful atmosphere, and the staff were good. I stayed one night. The bedsheets and blanket cover seemed unwashed, and the interior felt rustic and needed paint and maintenance. A note for the person at reception: please learn more about the area. We followed your suggestion to take the shorter road towards Dharamshala and got misled. 😅 Thanks.

A complete waste of money and holiday time. It felt like a haunted hotel, and the ratings people gave it seemed false. One staff member was trying to handle everything, but the hotel staff provided no food. Toiletries were missing, and there were no tea or coffee supplies. The TV didn’t work, and the lighting wasn’t proper. The worst experience.
