Comfort Hotel by OYO Rooms

The breakfast service can be slow because there aren’t many staff, and food runs out quickly when several guests arrive at once. The hotel offers only a limited choice of food, and the quality isn’t particularly good. Rooms are basic, fine for a night, but don’t expect comfort or luxury. The lift is awkward to use, especially for older guests. Hotel Comfort is an affordable, easy-to-reach option near Dibrugarh railway station and the local trading market. That makes it practical for business trips or a short stay, especially if you want transport and market access. Breakfast is complimentary, with simple options such as eggs, toast, and paratha with sabzi. I’d put it at 2.5/5.

I’ve been staying at Comfort since 2019, and the spacious rooms and nice decor work well for corporate travel. The staff are very good, decent, and provide very good service. The bathroom infrastructure is the weak point: it looks old and poorly maintained.

The staff were nice, though the breakfast choices were limited. It’s a decent hotel, worth considering.

I had trouble with parking and ended up leaving my car in front of the hotel. Inside, the rooms are clean and well designed, but maintenance is lacking. There are damp patches on the walls, including in the bathroom, and no hot water was coming from the taps. Still, it works as a good transit hotel for business trips.
