The room was neat and clean, but the staff were very rude. We booked through oyo and were willing to pay the oyo charges, yet the man at reception demanded an extra 500 rupees. They also didn't follow oyo's standard check-in and check-out times. Room service was below poor. We ordered dinner at 9 pm and were told it would arrive within 30 minutes. After an hour, we called and were told to wait five minutes, but nothing came. Each time we called, we got the same answer. We finally got dinner at 11:45. The worst experience. If you stay here, you'll suffer.

The hotel was fully booked, and we only just managed to get a reservation for our two rooms. Breakfast was better than I remembered, and the staff were helpful and friendly the whole time. Thank you!

It's a new hotel with very nice arrangements. When I visited three months ago, the front section wasn't finished, though the rooms were complete. The food was very good, and it seems great for a family trip or a group get-together.

I never got to stay at the property. When I arrived, I found out my booking had been cancelled, and I don't know why. OYO couldn't offer a solution beyond cancelling it and refunding my money. One star for OYO.

The hotel was filthy, and they checked us in without our ID card or consent. We had to check out within an hour. OYO customer service was the worst part: they kept us waiting for an hour over the refund, and even the service desk manager had no idea what to do. The worst hotel experience I've had on vacation.
