The food was good, but the stay was a mess. I went with my family on 7th November, 2025, with a booking for 2room. One room was below average, and we weren’t given the other room as promised. Instead, they put us in a different room at a much higher price. The rooms were poor for what they cost, and there was no room service. Housekeeping arrived at 2pm during lunch to clean and then asked us for money. There was no communication between the two managers, bimal & atunu, and their behavior was the worst. They should be fired. Please don’t stay here. I also ask the authorities to appoint a manager who behaves properly.

The price is far too high for the room category and service. The service and behavior were both 3rd class. I wouldn’t recommend it, especially for a family vacation.

My husband and I went there for lunch, and the food was well below standard. The serving staff behaved awfully, and the food wasn’t fresh. They charged us money for nothing. If they can’t serve food properly, they should stop offering it. A nonsense disaster of a place, they should shut it down.

The dishes are really good and the prices are normal 😁👍. One of the best hotels and restaurants.

The location is perfect, but the hospitality fell short. When I first saw the rooms, they hadn’t been cleaned properly, the sheets were torn, and there were no towels.
