Hotel Orbit Digha

The food was tasty and reasonably priced. I had butter chicken and roti for dinner, and they were awesome. The hotel has a small swimming pool, though the water wasn't clean, and some maintenance is needed. Service was great, and there's open parking in front. A good budget friendly hotel.

The manager was no help, and there weren't enough staff. Water and electricity weren't supplied properly, the bathrooms were in bad shape, and the mattress was terrible. The linens were dirty and didn't seem to have been washed properly. I spent two days here with my whole family, and the experience was awful. I don't recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location is its only good point, about a 10 minute walk from the sea beach. Rooms were very dirty from lack of maintenance, and the bedsheets and bathroom smelled bad. Service was poor too. They don't listen to customers or care about their problems. The swimming pool water wasn't clear, with dead flies floating in it, and they didn't even clean the water every day. There are lots of good hotels in old digha, so go somewhere else. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

We were 12 family members and stayed at Orbit hotel for 2 days, paying the full rate. The basic amenities didn't meet expectations: electricity, room service, switches, and air conditioning all caused problems, and we had a lot of difficulties during the stay. The manager and owner argued with us about the services. The experience was pathetic and below standard. Be cautious before booking Orbit Hotel in Digha, and check recent reviews and service quality so you don't face the same inconveniences.
