At Sonamoni hotel in Old Digha, the manager is Mr. Koushik. Parking is available, but there are no restaurants, and the hotel has no kitchen area. The sea is about 1 km away and the market is 700 to 800 Miter away. Rooms are small and non-AC, with no TV or geyser. It's a normal hotel with poor standard service, located behind the sea.

The staff were good, the room was clean, and the bathroom was clean too. It's not far from the sea beach.

We went last year and found this to be a very bad, third-class hotel. There wasn't a single staff member available, the rooms were awful and not clean at all, and they didn't even provide bedsheets. I've never seen such a bad hotel.

The rooms were clean and had proper ventilation, and the staff were well mannered. I had a good experience. Rooms are under budget if you contact them physically.
