OYO Premium 091 Vile Parle East

The only hiccup was our 5 AM airport ride. The evening staff didn’t pass along the request for a bigger car to the night shift, even though we had extra luggage, so a sedan showed up. They quickly arranged an Uber, which sorted it out, but the shift handoff could have been better. We also wished Planet Boutique Hotel had a full-time restaurant for snacks or meals. The rest of the day, they only serve tea, though breakfast had a good range of options. We stayed 2 nights with family and liked the clean, well-equipped washroom, excellent shower pressure, and fresh linen. The room had a tea/coffee maker, and we got 2 liters of drinking water daily at no charge. The recent renovation gives the hotel a modern look, with good furnishings and interiors. Staff across reception and room service were courteous and helpful, always smiling. Despite those small drawbacks, I’d stay here again when I’m back in Mumbai for its cleanliness, comfort, and service.

We’ll come back next time we’re in Mumbai. The staff were polite and very helpful, and the breakfast buffet had a good range. Our room was clean and newly renovated, with comfortable bedding. There’s a sitting area on the terrace for a refreshing evening, and Third Wave Coffee is right opposite.

The staff were helpful and polite, and getting around was easy with local transportation just outside the main gate. It’s also well placed for the airport and Juhu Beach. The rooms were clean and the washrooms new. Breakfast had a mix of Indian and English choices, and booking, service, payment, and check-out all went smoothly.

A good fit for a transit stop or short business trip. The rooms are quite tiny, though cozy and comfortable for a short stay. There’s not much space, especially once you have luggage. Staff are polite and helpful, and the location is excellent, near the airport and main roads.
