Nakshatra Guest House

The receptionist was rude from the start, lacked basic social manners, and was intoxicated during active hours. The hotel is about a kilometer from the beach. We had prepaid half the cost for two non-AC rooms at 800 bucks each to avoid a last-minute rush, so we couldn't choose the rooms. They were moderately clean, but the prehistoric TVs in both rooms didn't work properly and the low-power lights weren't working either. Please avoid this place, highly not recommended. Google should add a zero-star option for places like this.

There's plenty of parking, and the hotel sits right beside the main road. It's a good budget option in New Digha, with helpful staff. The sea beach is less than 10 minutes away.

We ended up booking because it was 11'o clock night and most other hotels were full. It's very cheap, but the rooms aren't up to the mark, service is poor with so few staff, and there's no maintenance. A typical low-standard hotel in Digha. Try to avoid it unless it's an emergency.

We paid 1100/- per room for two rooms for two days, and it felt like a waste of money. They're small, dirty, and poorly ventilated. Service was just okay. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all.
