OYO 7555 Live Hotel Digha

We were a family of 10 and booked four rooms at OYO Live Hotel for our weekend in Digha. I checked in on the afternoon of the 26th and checked out on the 28th. Since it was my first OYO hotel booking, I called both OYO's help desk and the hotel several times beforehand, and was a bit apprehensive. The hotel turned out to be good. The rooms and beds were large and neat, though a little more maintenance would help. Most importantly, the washrooms were clean in all four rooms we were given. Bring your own freshener if you need one, the hotel's smelled awful. The food was good too. Speak politely and get to know the staff, and they'll respond in kind and try to bring what you want the way you want it. Best not to bring outside food. The beach is about 800 metres on foot, so you can walk there and back without taking a toto. For a short two-day holiday in New Digha, I'd recommend OYO Live Hotel. Booking is entirely through OYO. I got 50% off the room rent, which was a great deal.

The location worked well for me, with the beach and railway station both walkable. The hotel was neat and clean, and the staff were helpful. Food quality was great, though the portions felt a bit small for the price. My experience was great overall. 👍🏼

The room had lots of features, and the staff were very good. It's a little far from the beach, but you can walk it, though that's really difficult in summer. There's a toto stand nearby, with fares of 30/- to New Digha and 50/- to the station. If you want something from the restaurant, order ahead so they have time to prepare it.

The food was good and, to me, not overpriced. The hotel was clean and good, and the staff were helpful too. It's about a 10-minute walk from the sea beach, so I'd recommend staying here if you're okay with that distance.
