I’m a regular corporate guest and had been happy with the service before, but this stay was disappointing. Housekeeping took 25 minutes to bring the pair of sleepers I requested. The reception staff weren’t welcoming and seemed busy with their own work, and both they and the restaurant staff spoke rudely. When I raised the problems at reception, I was told I could move to another hotel if I wasn’t satisfied.

It’s within walking distance of Dimapur railway station and easy to find with Google Maps. The upkeep is poor, though the quality is about what the price suggests, so I can’t really complain. I got drawn in by the attractive discount, my mistake. The photos may have been taken when the hotel was new, so be cautious.

I spent two days here in December. The room was spacious, the bathroom clean, and check-in and check-out were easy. Service was quick, and the location is close to the railway station. There’s a restaurant too. The food was delicious, though a little pricey, but Dimapur is an expensive city for eating out.

The rooms are so good 👍 The girl at reception isn’t rude, but she’s really scary and reminds me of my English teacher. I wish she’d smile a bit.

It was a nice hotel, though I felt uncomfortable when the person who brought dinner to my room seemed a bit drunk. They also didn’t have a first aid kit when I needed one.
