I booked through Make My Trip for my parents, with check-in meant to be at 11 am. The hotel turned them away while taking new bookings offline. At reception, they were told, "Online customers are our last priority." The staff's behavior was extremely rude and shameless. I'm very disappointed. Don't book here if you respect your guests. The hassle and distress aren't worth it, so I'd suggest staying away.

I attended a function here, so I can't say anything about the rooms or service. The hall works well for a small gathering, and there's enough parking for one too. The food was good. It's a good place overall, and very close to the Railway station. 👍👍

The rooms were comfortable and clean, the traditional décor was beautiful, and the food was delicious. The staff were really friendly, and their top-notch hospitality made us feel special. We had the best experience at Indian Heritage Hotel, Raipur and would love to visit again. Highly recommend! 🌟

I stayed at Hotel Indian Heritage in Raipur recently, and it was a pretty average experience. The rooms are okay for size and basic amenities, but the washroom was disappointingly cramped and uncomfortable to use. No drinking water was provided, which was both surprising and inconvenient. The linen also needs better cleaning and upkeep. If they improve cleanliness and the facilities, the stay could be much more comfortable. Rating: 2.5/5
