The location is good, but the facilities and staff behaviour fell far below what I expected. After staying here once, I wouldn't want to come back.

There are no windows and no air in the rooms, and they always smell bad. The towels and pillows were dirty, the sheets and blankets were torn, and water kept leaking from the taps. Room service was absent, nobody answered when I called, and the staff were rude. They also seemed short staffed. A truly pathetic hotel, don't waste your money on a stay here.

We were the first guests under the new owner and management, on the first day after the renovation. The rooms were clean and available at a low price, and the staff were well mannered.

It's a good family hotel, and I like staying here with my family when we're in transit. Rooms were available when we arrived, and the 24-hour checkout was convenient. Booking ahead was difficult, though, since they aren't currently listed with hotel booking services like oyo.

For an emergency stay by the hour, this is a decent option. I was there for just a few hours.
