The receptionist was nice, but one staff member was rude. The room, bedsheet, and washroom were in an unhealthy state. A really awful stay 😭😭😭.

😭 The room was in poor shape and dirty. There was no cleaning staff around to take care of the room or washroom. Terrible experience.

It was just about okay, but the washroom was very bad and hadn't been cleaned properly.

We'd lost our mobile in the new city, and the hotel owner helped us track it down. Later, around 2:30 am, my brother became very unwell, and the whole staff supported us. We arrived already upset because of his health, and I can't put into words how much their help meant. People can forget humanity at work, but the staff here showed us a lot through their kindness. Thank you again :-)

The bathroom was a horror if you care about hygiene, and the bedroom, bedsheets, and surroundings were unbelievably filthy. Service was outrageously bad. Honestly, sleeping in a railway station waiting room would be better. Never stay here.
