Clara B.
We complained at the front desk, but they barely apologized and said they couldn’t move us or arrange a proper cleaning. It seemed like cleanliness was the last thing on their minds. I left feeling dirty and stressed, and I’ll never come back. This was unhygienic and frankly disgusting, not just untidy. The bathroom had grime around the sink drain, mold and soap scum on the shower walls, and stained, scratchy towels that smelled poorly washed. There were cobwebs behind the mirror and in the ceiling corners. The bed was no better: hair and tiny brown specks, which looked like dirt or worse, were on the sheets and pillowcases. The duvet was heavy and musty, and I didn’t feel safe sleeping under it. As soon as we entered the room, we got hit by unbearable damp, stale air and old dust. The carpet was sticky underfoot and covered in dark, grimy stains, like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in months. I’ve never stayed somewhere so dirty and unkempt. I feel I have to warn people before they make the same mistake. Save your money, health, and peace of mind, and stay anywhere else.
