Mr Daniel handled the booking and arrangements for 72 people, and everything was organized well. We stayed for two days over Easter with colleagues, using 26 rooms. They were neat and tidy, the staff were warm and cooperative, and both the complimentary breakfast and dinner were good. The mini bus for our first-day visit to Mannavannur didn't meet our expectations, though that was also due to our lack of planning for the day's visit.

The food was a real highlight: tasty, home-style meals that didn't upset our stomachs. Breakfast was good on all three days, with plenty of variety, and dinner was made the way we asked, not too spicy. We stayed three nights at Benz Park with my six-year-old and my elderly parents, and everyone was well cared for. The rooms were spacious and very clean, with good parking and a safe, secure feeling. Reception, kitchen, cleaning, and housekeeping staff all treated us respectfully and responded whenever we called. It was a comfortable stay, with five-star-level amenities at reasonable prices. You can trust Benz Park for a booking, and we left expecting the trip to be memorable.

The one thing I'd ask for is a slightly longer slot, if it can be arranged with some planning. The regular timing is fixed. Aside from that, our stay at this connecting hotel was smooth and relaxing. The location suited travelers needing a connecting stay, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and everything was well organized. Staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful, and the service was excellent. A pleasant, memorable stay, and I'd recommend it for comfort and good service.
