Hotel star

During my five-day stay, they didn't change the bedsheets even once. There were no towels or basic daily-use items, and every complaint got an excuse. The room had no ventilation and felt suffocating, like a cave. Electricity was unreliable, often making it difficult to charge a phone, and there was no power backup. The TV had no cable, and though there was a geyser, its socket was unplugged. The staff were rude and there was basically no room service. A total waste of money. Be careful before booking this terrible hotel.

The rooms feel stifling, and you can get electric shocks in the washrooms. Frequent power cuts make the stay uncomfortable because the generator doesn't cover everything. They don't replace the bedspreads every day, and the TV has no cable. The staff use indecent language, and they have an excuse for every complaint. One of the worst hotels.
