Everything we needed was close by, and the location was a real plus. I had a very comfortable, hassle-free stay, with reliable WiFi, steady hot water, and no power cuts. Highly recommended.

The staff at Orionis Kannur were friendly, responsive, and always ready to help. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with a relaxing ambience and a modern touch. A pleasant stay with good comfort and warm hospitality.

There were mosquitoes everywhere, and we didn’t sleep at all that night. The non-AC room was hot as an oven, but we couldn’t open the windows because there was no mosquito net. In a tropical, humid place, that seems like a basic thing to have. When we complained, the manager tried to make us upgrade to an AC room for an extra charge. We refused. A couple of hours later they put up a net, but it had holes all over it. The receptionist was no help and just said that this was the room we’d paid for and what we got. This is officially the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Stay away.

The owners and workers were so sweet and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable with great showers. There were tons of mosquitoes if you left the window open, though, and it would be nice to have screens. The location is great for walking into town or heading to the beach. Thank you!
