As a solo traveler, I felt safe staying here. The room was clean, and the towels and bedding felt fresh. The AC and hot water both worked well. I also appreciated the small shampoo and soap, since places at this price often don't provide them.

The room was good for the low price. There's no breakfast, but you can find some nearby. Lunch on the ground floor was superb, especially the veg.

The hotel is well kept, and the rooms are generally clean. They could make guest service more of a priority and do a better job of attending to people.

The location is okay, but I didn't like the surrounding area, which looked like a lodge. There was no nearby restaurant, no room service, and no toiletries. Below average.

My stay was hassle free, and I was happy with it. The deluxe room was clean and nice, with WiFi and a working geyser. I got fresh towels and water. Most storage cupboards worked, though a few drawers had no handles. There isn't breakfast, but there are plenty of food choices nearby, including delivery. A little more effort to explain practical details, such as connecting to WiFi or contacting reception, would improve the guest experience. Small cards or pamphlets could help.
