In 38 years of travel, I’ve never had a worse experience. They’d overbooked, so we didn’t get all the rooms we’d reserved. One room we did receive had no key, and the receptionist said the previous guest had taken it. They don’t seem to have a proper checkout process. Please avoid this place and don’t book it.

There was no water, the toilets weren’t clean, and management was poor. This was the worst hotel stay I’ve had. Don’t waste money here, there are plenty of better options nearby.

The food was average and arrived late at night. The rooms weren’t clean, and neither the reception nor the waiters provided anything, not even soap. The hotel’s services were the worst. Awful place.

One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. There was no service at all: no towels, no wifi, and no manager at reception. They couldn’t even make tea because they lacked basic kitchen supplies.
